I grew up as a little cog in the magical machine of Hollywood and then hosted a podcast called "Pop Conscious" which connected pop culture with spirituality.
Now as a caregiver for my dad,as well as my mom, I'm using everything I can to keep myself from going completely insane. I'm sharing my journey in the hopes that it helps other caregivers who need resources and connection.
